Let’s be clear about one thing:

AI can’t humanize itself.

You can run your AI-generated content through every “Make It Sound More Natural” filter out there…

…but if you’re not actively adding human depth, emotion, and originality, it’s still just AI-generated content with a better mask.

These prompts will help you humanize AI-generated copy (but you still have to be the one bringing the insight, the realness, and the voice).

How to Use These Prompts

📌 Step 1: Generate your AI content—but don’t assume it’s “done.”

📌 Step 2: Use one of these prompts to push the copy closer to your voice.

📌 Step 3: Layer in your own experience, style, and nuance (ie: humanize).

Think of AI like a first draft assistant—helpful, but not the writer.

That’s still you.

Let’s get into the prompts.

1️⃣ The “Would I Actually Say This?” Prompt

🔹 Prompt: Rewrite this as if you were saying it out loud to a friend over coffee. Make it natural, relaxed, and conversational.

👉 Why? AI-generated copy is too formal and stiff. It follows textbook rules instead of how people actually talk.

📝 Example:

  • AI Output: "Utilizing AI-driven tools can optimize productivity and enhance workflow efficiency."

  • Humanized Version: "Want to get more done? Use AI tools the right way, and they’ll save you hours."

2️⃣ The “Make It Punchier” Prompt

🔹 Prompt: Rewrite this in shorter, sharper sentences. Cut the fluff. Make it hit harder.

👉 Why? AI over-explains. Humans don’t. This forces your content to strip away fluff and land with impact.

📝 Example:

  • AI Output: "Our program is designed to help individuals enhance their writing skills and become more effective communicators."

  • Humanized Version: "Write better. Communicate stronger. Say what actually matters."

3️⃣ The “Give It a Pulse” Prompt

🔹 Prompt: This feels flat. Rewrite it with more energy, urgency, or emotion.

👉 Why? AI-generated copy often lacks life—it’s missing the highs and lows that make writing engaging.

📝 Example:

  • AI Output: "This course teaches you how to write persuasive copy."

  • Humanized Version: "If your words aren’t selling, they’re just noise. Let’s fix that."

4️⃣ The “Add a Story or Personal Touch” Prompt

🔹 Prompt: Add a personal anecdote, relatable example, or mini-story to make this feel real.

👉 Why? AI states facts. But it can’t tell your story. And that’s what makes writing feel human.

📝 Example:

  • AI Output: "Humanization improves engagement rates."

  • Humanized Version: "I used to write robotic emails that no one cared about. Then I started adding my voice—suddenly, responses doubled."

5️⃣ The “Would This Make Someone Feel Something?” Prompt

🔹 Prompt: Right now, this is just words. Rewrite it so the reader actually feels something—curiosity, excitement, urgency, or even anger.

👉 Why? AI-generated content sounds neutral—it needs emotional charge to actually resonate.

📝 Example:

  • AI Output: "Many businesses struggle with content that does not resonate with their audience."

  • Humanized Version: "Ever wonder why no one reacts to your content? It’s not because they don’t care—it’s because it doesn’t hit them where it matters."

🚀 These prompts won’t do the humanization for you—but they’ll help make humanizing your AI-generated content a lot faster and easier.
